2. Products & Product Information
We do our best to present our products, colors, materials, dimensions, and details as accurately as possible.
Because many Pet Soul Match products are handcrafted or made using natural materials such as crystals, wood, pearls, and leather, slight variations in color, grain, pattern, shape, texture, and finish may occur. These natural differences are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
Product images may appear slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings, natural materials, or handmade production.
We reserve the right to correct product information, pricing errors, or availability issues and, where necessary, cancel or refund an affected order.
3. Crystal & Wellness Disclaimer
Any descriptions relating to crystal meanings, energy, symbolism, intention, or spiritual traditions are provided for general informational and inspirational purposes only.
Pet Soul Match products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or veterinary condition and are not a substitute for professional medical or veterinary advice.
Individual experiences with crystals and symbolic products may vary, and we do not guarantee any particular emotional, spiritual, health, or wellness outcome.
4. Personalized & Custom Orders
Many Pet Soul Match keepsakes and memorial products are made especially for you and your pet.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all personalization details submitted with an order, including names, dates, spelling, breed or style selections, photographs, engraving text, and other custom information.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change. Changes or cancellations can only be considered before production begins and cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, personalized and made-to-order products generally require approximately 7–9 business days for production and quality inspection. Shipping time is separate.
Because personalized products are created specifically for each customer, change-of-mind cancellations, returns, or exchanges may not be available once production has begun, subject to applicable consumer law.
This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the personalization information you submitted.
5. Customer-Submitted Photos & Content
When you provide a photograph, name, message, engraving, design, or other content for personalization, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it for the requested product.
By submitting this content, you authorize Pet Soul Match and our production partners to use it only as reasonably necessary to create, fulfill, and support your order.
We reserve the right to decline personalization requests that are unlawful, infringing, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
6. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website or at checkout and may change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other fees will be displayed or handled where required.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders affected by obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, or product availability issues.
Payment transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers and may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, weather, carrier delays, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Personalized products may require additional production time before shipment. Production time and shipping time are separate.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on the destination and applicable law.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Eligibility for returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations depends on the type of product and the circumstances of the order.
Personalized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns or cancellations once production has begun.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the personalization information you provided, please contact us promptly at hello@petsoulmatch.com so we can review the issue and help find an appropriate solution.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Promotions & Complimentary Gifts
From time to time, Pet Soul Match may offer discounts, complimentary gifts, seasonal promotions, or other special offers.
Promotions may be limited by time, product, quantity, customer, region, or availability and may be changed or withdrawn where permitted by law.
Complimentary gifts are offered while supplies last, have no cash value, and may be limited to one gift per qualifying order unless otherwise stated.
If the qualifying purchase is cancelled or returned, we may require the promotional gift to be returned where permitted by applicable law.
Additional promotion-specific terms displayed at the time of purchase will also apply.
10. Intellectual Property
